MFA in DIY
Starting in 2009 I began photo-documenting the world of the weird around me, discovered in that liminal space available to Those Who Travel. Based on a MFA program I developed and self-directed to the ultimate extreme: so DIY *the whole thing is* about making it up as I go along. Because anything you can pay someone $50k+ to learn, you can teach yourself. And because the whole wide world out there is to be lived in, seen and curiously engaged with.
